Brussels Griffons originated in Belgium.   Mine are usually 7-9 inches and weigh between 7-11 lbs as adults.  Brussels are curious, mischievous, and playful. They are intelligent and love to learn, getting along well with other pets and children. This is the dog seen in the movies “As Good As It Gets” and “Sweet November”. All of my breeding stock are red/belge rough coats that are registered with AKC. They can get all of the exercise they need in an apartment, but love going for walks, especially when they can meet new people. Grooming needs of this non-shedding dog are met by occasionally brushing through their coat.
