We love raising puppies on a rural farm centrally located in northern Indiana
between South Bend and Fort Wayne . This farm has been in the family for over 70 years. It has been our privilege to raise our 6 children here and have them work with us as we teach them the values of serving God and others, honesty and hard work.

                                            

We raise mainly small non-shedding purebreds and designer mixes. The puppies are raised with love and will be current on shots and worming. We offer a 1 year health guarantee covering genetic defects. Shipping is available on Continental or Delta airlines and will include a vet check, health papers, pet taxi, and airfare.

You may ask where the name “ Puppy Island ” comes from. Approximately 100 years ago, the land that our farm sets on was a clay island in the middle of a swamp with only one road into the island. The swamps were eventually drained and are now productive farmland, but many reminders of the “island” remain. In our neighborhood, you will find Island Lane Farm, Hastings Island Chapel, Island Cemetery and others. Our farm was originally Holstein Island Farm, and I spent many hours as a child working with our Holstein cows and calves. While we no longer have a dairy here, we invite you to visit our farm and learn more about how American Agriculture feeds the world.
